question on meditation and dreams
 

I am posting this question both under meditation and dreams because my question relates to both and I'm looking for answers.

My situation is about a strained relationship I have with a friend (living), with whom I routinely have dreams about. We are not speaking at this time, so I can’t ask him to confirm any of this. That is why I have questions. The dreams involve him ignoring me, me trying to ignore him, or us loving on each other. Occasionally, the dreams are very vivid and feel real. Sometimes so real, that I have woken up talking to him while discussing our issues. In addition, this person will also come to me (so I think) when I ask him to during mediation. We discuss our issues, express our feelings, and love on each other. It all feels so real and honest. I know where he stands and he knows where I stand. My question is, is this really happening? Am I really speaking to him through my dreams and meditation, or is this one huge fantasy and I’m crazy? Please offer any thoughts on this issue. I’ve been asking my guides for answers and signs and I’m either too vested in the situation to hear/see/feel their responses or they too are ignoring me! Thanks!
