I have heard the teachings from the Christian Desert Fathers, we must bring the head into the heart.

Who am I
Our aspect of ‘I’, within the third eye, connected to heart, joy bubbling therein, transmuting self, as divine love draws nigh, wherein bliss ignition cascades within, radiating from each pore of our skin.
