Hi Unus - welcome - I agree with you - happiness is not something one can find or have - as in all things there is the ying/yang and should you seek happiness you will also surely experience suffering - lol - and from my experience there is nothing wrong with a bit of suffering - as it teaches us humility - and from this value we quickly learn to be compassionate and to flow in compassion... ;-p
