Hi everyone,

I just wanted to understand that whether both of these are different techniques to achieve same thing.

and as i have personally noticed that ouja board is not safe.
[had lot of creepy incidents happening ........ until i stopped...... ]

is then automatic writing safe.....??

Thanks & Regards,

Automatic writing seems safe. I have done it for a long time now, with no repercussions. Just good poetry. =)

Ouija is getting words straight from the voice of something non-physical or discarnate.

Automatic writing is what happens after your subconscious (hopefully) hears something said by a something non-physical or discarnate and is then translated to your conscious mind.

The first technique has risks because not many people know how to use Ouija boards safely and often offend spirits by simply saying "hello."

The second has the potential to be easily misinterpreted.

As it is, automatic writing is as safe as most mediumship practices. The worst you might get is a written threat, or some disturbing information, but that would be very rare since most of the less nice spirits aren't patient enough to get someone to relay a message onto paper for them.
