Opening chakra gates ?

Im just wondering about opening up the flow of chakra with acupressure specifically.

acupressure is wonderful for getting energy moving ,a simple calming exercise is to place one finger on heart and the other on third eye, you don't need to push hard it is like a spiritual connection, some points you can rub hard for energy ,or insomnia ,or whatever theres something for everything,I also recommend massaging chakra insertion points also ,seem to help activation .
