View Full Version : Healing, letting go n meeting Guides

This is a really good technique to meditate, it also allows you to ground, heal, let go n bring in new energy, you could also use the space to meet your Guides :)

Start off by choosing a quite relaxing place to sit down

Imagine that you are standing in the middle of a creek
The water gently brushes over your feet and ankles, it is calming and relaxing water
You feel the sand underneath the soles of your feet, its smooth and soft sand relaxing you
You see the beautiful surrounding trees, how bright they look in the sunlight

Everything about this place is totally peaceful :)

You then close your eyes and feel as if your letting everything go any stress, any tension any anger any negative that you have you just let it all travel down to your soles of your feet and let it go down stream let it flow down the creek.

You then begin to feel a great warmth enter your body its relaxing smoothing its calm it helps you to let go of any remaining negativity.

There is also another meditation as well that you might like to try

Imagine that you are once again standing at a creek, but this time imagine that you are at a waterfall, its peaceful and quite here, as you feel the water going over your head, it relaxes you, it cleanse you of any negative and attachments that you have.

Now imagine that this water going into your crown (top of head) and flowing down through your body and out the soles of your feet, and down the creek, cleansing out any blockages.

If you wish you can either run through either of these meditations a couple more times or you can continue on and meet your Guides :) and of course you can always do both.

Now that your nice and relaxed and you have let go of everything imagine as you stand here in the creek that you begin to see a white light, the energy is calming and you feel as if you know the light, the light feels familiar to you, slowly you begin to see that it is your Guide, and if you listen carefully you can hear there gentle voice saying Hello to you and introducing themselves. :) You allow yourself to enter a conversation with your Guide. :)

And thats pretty much it :) Hope that this may become of use to all those that find this post :).

This is ' Visualization Meditation ' very different from meditation but enjoyable also. :smile:
