This is how the kit comes, and after a lot of layer painting and baking you end up with a realistic doll, well at least I hope they look realistic.

Oh sh*t, it looks real. You should've lied and said this was your child to see if anyone would believe you before telling the truth. lol

Oh my gosh, they are beautifully realistic! Sometimes people leave these in cars and had people call the police. The cars are broken into to "save" the babies.

Yea I have heard of that happening, people can get very obsessed with them, and even take them shopping, or whatever you do with a real baby.

lol, I think I freak out if one of them actually moves. I'm not a fan of baby dolls. Something creepy about them.

The baby girl is really cute, that's the only one that doesn't scare me!

Yea some people freak out when they see them, you can even put a heart inside them that beats when you hug them, or you can put a recording device that can make whatever sound you record onto, and when you pick them up the voice activates.

Now that's insane! I bet they are expensive dolls! These dolls are not for kids, right? They look more like a collectible item.

The dolls start from around two hundred and fifty dollars, to over a thousand dollars, there is many hours in making them, and yes there not really meant for young children, mostly adults buy them as collectables.

My daughter was doing a placement in a school last year.a little girl no older than 4 came in carrying one made of silicone.
one of the parents went to her thinking she was holding a new born baby.
her parent must have money to burn because they are not cheap
