energy build up

Hi all
i have two energy build up areas in my body.
one is in my lower right stomach it not painful bu its like ripples of movement in that area no pain.
the other is in my lower left leg to the left below my knee nearer my ankle.
its hindering my full awakening for awhile i have sensed what ever this energy is its in my legs and my lower stomach area.
i feel it doesn't belong to my body and was put there.
i was wondering if anyone would willing to do a remote healing on me ?.
i would be truly great full if some one could find what this energy is .

Yes, its probably doing that.

I aren't currently doing healings so aren't going to offer to help in that way but blocks are always "something", if not your own energy it could be an entity of some kind there (not that uncommon).

I suggest just keep working on that area. You could just try running your focus and like energy back and forth through your whole body up and down up and down and really focus on moving the energy back and forth through that area to help break down the block. (It doesn't really matter what it is, its more important to clear it so your energy is running better).

You could try doing this in a salt bath with some bicarb soda added to it (to help draw out and break down the energy clearing out). Working to clear out the sex chakra may also help.

Don't just keep adding more and more energy to the block as if the energy isn't flowing it may just further add to the block hence I suggest to keep running focus through the actual block to help break it down.

(or someone doing psychic surgery on it could just pull the whole block out).
