Idk to be honest. For me, it's toned it, but then again I lost about 30lbs. I'm a lot smaller overall.

I don't think there are any specific exercises to enhance/shrink certain part of your body. If you lose weight, it will come off where it feels like it.

Squats... not yoga. Yoga is for meditation, not enhancing your body's appearance.

Nope, yoga is a relatively low intensity workout stretched over a long duration, which doesn't exactly work for muscle hypertrophy. Also how much you eat, hormone levels and age play a role. It burns fat quite decently (diet and hormones in order), so if you're trying to maintain or lose glute size, yoga is probably okay. There may be some good glute building yoga exercises that I'm not aware of though. I'm simply referring to the more common poses.

On the other hand if you are trying to increase glute size with body weight training, exercises like single legged squats, and vertical jumps will help, though they build the thighs as well.

Pilates and lunges/squats if you want those big tight buns.

And yoga to stretch em out.

No yoga doesn't help increase your glute size. For that you'll need to do squats and weighted exercises. But yoga does help tone your glute and make it firmer.
