I have 2 younger cousins 21 and 15. The 21 year old has the ability to see spirits and the 15 year old has the ability to hear spirits, sometimes see. The younger one would like to develop this ability but doesn't know how. Any suggestions, ideas, or tips would be highly appreciated.
