"Gratitude holds the key to transforming every situation.
It reconnects us to our source of inner wisdom and life force.
To activate the power of gratitude, all we need do is remember what it FEELS like..."

- Mike Pettigrew

I've often found comfort with the gifts this life has given me. From small gestures to great rewards, gratitude has this hidden, positive force that I believe can change the world.

May I know what are you thankful for? It can be a moment, a person, a circumstance, anything you can think of. But it must reflect your purpose and who you are today.

Hi Watkins,

May I know what are you thankful for?

How about: posts like your OP!

No-nonsense there; it's true, inspiring and actually useful.

Thank you!

I will echo Jyotir ! Thank you Watkins !

When one is thankful for the blessings in one's life, even more blessings appear , keep a gratitude journal.

I find gratitude for life experience - neither just the nice bits or the not so nice bits, but the rainbow of life in all its colours.

Aw, shucks!
I just saw this on the net recently while I was doing research. I've never thought about actually. I'm glad the message touched you. It stirred something in me as well. Gratitude really is a wonderful thing.

Ah, gratitude and appreciation...the joy and humility in those !
The power to change our hearts, frequency, vibration or aura in a split second!
Our being softens and we become more of our true selves,
apart from that pesky ego mind...
the fastest way to shew it away, in my opinion...
An instant connection to my Source, Father God, Higher Self.

And we all have so much to be grateful for.

All the things (every one a blessing) we take for granted ...

I'm finally coming around to this view of life; in the last few days, I've had this sense that everything I experience - from euphoria to testing times - is just what I needed to experience in that moment (and, in fact, is the only experience I could experience in this moment, taking into account all the innumerable circumstances that coincide to create this moment).
