woke up with weird pressure in my solar plexus..spasms?

So ever since i woke up today my solar plexus chakra has felt so weird, i keep feeling like its moving or just intense pressure what is going on?

I have some ideas, and some knowledge, but I am not that confident on its accuracy as I am right in the 'middle' of my own spiritual emergence and awakening :cat: :cat: :cat:

The main symptoms I have are:

- quivering feeling around the solar plexus
- mild spacming
- mild burning
- mild pain

It's worse with less sleep and is triggered by stress/anger/fear. I control it at the moment with my very basic form of pranic breathing.
