today i had an experience in the shower, it was in the shower with me. i had my head und the water with my eyes closed and then i felt this ice cold air on my foot near the wall, i freaked out screaming get out, i still felt odd and i turned around to see a shadow on the walll, i moved, it didnt, then i said get out twice and the wall became lighter.
my other half says it's a bad spirit, they would know that is a private place but it still came in.
speaking of it now, its here, i can hear breathing sounds in my ear, its freaking me out to be honest.
