I see alot of people in my meditations who I have never seen before in my life, are these spirits?

in my opinion yes, you're very lucky to see so clearly do they speak to you and does it scare or disturb you??

sometimes they speak to me, although they don't move their mouths it is more telepathic and some just smile at me :smile: lol
