epsom salt shower

Can someone tell me how to take an epsom salt shower?
Like how much to use and how to throw it over yourself??
Like what to do please?
This is what someone said:I don't use 8 pounds more like 2-3 in the shower 2x week. It seems to be enough and works.

i have no bath i would like to use it in a shower.

In a shower, I would put it in some kind of satchel, where the water can go through and slowly dissolve the salt. You can tie up a piece of cheesecloth with string and get the effect you want. If you just dump it on yourself, it will go away too quickly.

I don't pour it all over me at once on top of my head. It depends how much time you have. I take showers real fast so I just kinda rub my body with it. I just use the salt + lavender essential oil. When I have more time I put the salt in bags. You can do both but it's better if you manage to stay in the shower for 20 mins at the least.

Just a reminder...after a bath with it I always rinse my hair with
fresh water...you would soon realize that after your hair
felt like straw...haha.

Because it takes a long time even in a bath to dissolve...I
also wonder if you put it in a blender/Magic Bullet for a rub or whatever
would work well.

Also, wonder if nylon panty hose cut up would work even better than cheesecloth.
