View Full Version : Protective bubble

So Iv been to a few mediums over the years and one common theme I keep getting is that I have to put a protective bubble around myself.
One medium said I am able to pull peoples bad energy from them, and give them my good energy. Which puts me in a bad mood.
Iv tried for years to cultivate this but it just doesn't seem to work. Sometimes when I'm in a good mood it feels like I'm holding my energy in a bucket with holes in. Just waiting for someone to come along and suck it out.

It doesn't help that I'm currently living with a family member who I lovingly refer to as 'the leach' in my mind.

I cannot distance myself from this person. But I need someone way to protect myself from their negativity. (if there is any truth in all this.)

Has anyone had any experience with this?
Feeling tired.

Hi,

I think we all have had experiences with those that drain us energetically.

In my view, there are two schools of though when dealing with lower vibrational energies. There is protection where you try to shield yourself. Using that bubble is the normal recommendation. The other more increasing popular method is to be happy and shine that light energy you carry.

It is all about focus. When you focus on the negative that will be your experience. When you focus on the light you will experience joy and well being.
