Years ago I was in communication with a spirit for a short while. Since then I have had paranormal occurrances in my home ,On and off. There was even an episode of seeming poltergist (sp)activity in my workplace ,frightening the other staff.
It seemed something wanted my attention.
Just recently I decided to attempt communication to try and sort the problems out. The activity stopped suddenly and I sense nothing now. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal for the paranormal? :tongue:
