Hi! Has anyone experienced this? It seems like lately, within the first five minutes of deep breathing on my mat, I want to cry. It's a deeply vague nostalgic feeling - like I'm missing something, but I can't determine what.

Would love to hear any ideas... thank you :)

The deep breathing will loosen your diaphragm and can help to free emotional blocks and tension. It's actually quite a normal thing to experience! :)
