I have noticed that in my spontaneous kriya sessions a lot of pranayama goes on.. and last night there was a moment where I took a huge breath.. and held it for about a minute or something.. and I didn't feel breathless at all.. and by the end the air in my diaphragm had lessened by half. I don't know if this is a biological/chemical thing but it felt like the air was being more directly converted into prana. So I've been noticing how closely tied in prana is to the air we breathe. I've been thinking of the stories of those who learn to stop breathing completely.. would it be because prana is going directly into their blood or something instead of having to be literally breathed in?

Pranayama is a interesting activity for body and mind. Every morning I used to in the garden.

I watched some youtube vedios Baba ramdev. He learn really impressive yoga treatment with what yu need to eat food, and drink.

hallo your ladyship
i remember your idea on the relationship between oneness and emptiness (Buddhist forum recently) - which i always liked for its attempt at simplicity.
And i like this post cos it's an experience.

I'm sure there's lots of people and books who can tell you about pranayama techniques - when holding breath i often swallow .. i breathe in then swallow, ...

But these days for me breathing is all to do with smelling ... my role models are hedgehogs and dogs - i think they would consider breathing without smelling to be a complete waste of time - smelling is the active ingredient of breathing.

If you just want to empathise with a hedgehog, then please do, however i am writing about this on https://howtobenow.online ... and the taste /smells part is at present (in a state of flux so no guarantees) about 2/3rds the way down the index page ... (and if you do go there please start at the beginning because thats the only good way to start!).

and keep it simple
