emotional rollercoaster

Well, these last two days for me have been really tough, I've
Been doing some really deep clearing emotionally now for the
Past eight months lots of ups and downs feeling sad then happy, things
Have been coming up from my past that didn't even bother me back then,
Well at least I thought they didn't, it just goes to show how much I used
To bottle things up, now there making me ball my eyes out, lol,
Just when you think that's it I'm through it now the happy days
Are Back iv done my clearing "WALLOP" then its back again, I'm sure there
Many people going through the same with all theses intense waves of
Energy we've been getting, what an emotional rollercoaster and I'm
Holding on for dear life,
KEEP ON KEEPING ON PEOPLE.

I can certainly relate. Just keep going, it smooths itself out as you discharge emotions. When you reach the end you will know you're through, it's the end without an end.
