Surrounding yourself with pink instead of white light

I used to have issues with surrounding myself with white light. Mainly because I feel other's feelings and I found that white light made me distant from people and my intuition wouldn't be very good.
So I read somewhere to surround yourself with pink light. Imagine that you are in a tube of light that goes above your head to below your feet, like you're in a lipstick tube.
I find the pink light protects me from other's thoughts and attachments and negativity but that the pink light gives those particular people love and also I find my intution isn't inhibited as it was with white light.

I'd go further... surround yourself with whatever colour pops into your mind.
The higher the vibration, the more pastel the colour. Also, instead of white light, why not try clear light? Just ask for... Light. :hug2:

orange light is also very good for healing, both the inner and outer bodies...

Yeah I never thought of putting yourself in other light. I did a card reading for this forum a few weeks back and it suggested to cover yourself in lavender light to help you sleep.
I guess we all just need to experiment.

yeah, i don't think it matters what you use, sometimes i even use rainbows or other visions. i don't like doing things the way i'm told to, i only like to go by experience.

Interesting thoughts on using different colored lights, I always ask for white light... up until now. I will try some of these other colors too. Thank you !
