Hi All!
I was on YouTube listening to some mellow music and on the side, one of the meditation's was raising your vibration, and that's always a good thing, so i thought i would listen and i did and it was beautiful ,but then i also saw another video about signs of shifting vibration...
So then i googled it, and i dont know if it's coincidence, i'm crazy, or i'm reading too much into it, and its my imagination but i feel like recently I have some of the 'symptoms' of an energy shift, like i do feel emotional, tiredness, and I do feel like i have a cold, and some back ache, but i thought that was as a result of my posture and some others which kind of scared/freaked me out, but i'm either making it up in my head, or it's true.
I am still new to this journey and I have learnt a lot, but I'm not sure.
I dont know. Feels like a coincidence, because i've never even thought that things like that happen. I thought it just happend naturally with no...physical signs. any ideas? x
