Really painful third eye -Astral Growing Pains?

I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but I have a question. When ya'll first started meditating/doing readings did anyone else get really sharp pains, or throbbing headaches, especially right around your third eye? If yes or no, what do you think it means?

I think it happens to everyone... and perhaps there is some simple exersize you can do. I used to imagine I was breathing in and out through the eye an that got things moving pretty well.

feels like a migraine that lasts for a week. yep probably means it is starting to work. but if in doubt see a doctor
