Do I qualify for benefits?

I'm 1/16th cherokee and according to the research I'm doing it looks like I may qualify to at least apply for benefits...it seems to be a very complicated system but does anyone have any idea if I'm correct and what are all the benefits and how is the process? If anyone knows?
