Assuming the manifestation part of the statement above is physically having it, the "vibration" element of the statement is feeling it's presence or having a sense of knowing beforehand? For example, in my desire of manifesting a relationship with this specific man, I have felt his presence (as discussed on another post), that being said, this is his vibration. The same "vibes" I get while being in the physical presence of him aka having a conversation etc. Good ones, comforting ones. So going by what Hick's says, this is my pre-physical manifestation phase of my desired relationship?
