Hello all.
I've currently been ripped out of reality and shoved into a spiritual awakening.
I'm experiencing symptoms and am extremely emotional. Can anybody share there experiences with me so I don't feel so alone.

How do I heal myself?
How do I let go?
and what sort of situations where people in before experiencing an awakening?
