What does this mean?

Yesterday i had a quick lucid dream....I was focused on these concrete steps, Someones feet were walking down them towards me. They had dark skin and wearing flip-flops, there toes were crooked and the feet were the wrong way round.
I was quite alarmed by it then in stopped, i heard a voice saying 'its a boy!'. Im curious what it meant, i did ask my guide to come closer to me before it, i asked for more on it but i got nothing but sleep.

As far as I can make out it represents your solid and clear understanding of some situation. You are making progress toward your goals. And you are feeling relaxed and at ease. I couldn't figure out what the feet and toes mean though. Your toes mean the way you move through life, if there's anything wrong with them you have a hard time and so on. But someone else's toes I'm not sure. Your feet represent independentce and freedom but someone else's I'm not sure.
