the woman says she was taking a riding lesson and while there she did not notice anything strange, but when she looked at the video tape at home, she saw the image of the man twice. narrator says that many have viewed the tape and no one can explain it.

Its a figure of a man, but the rider said there was no one standing there when she rode passed. The 2nd circle is the man with his back to the camera.

The figure looks a little like George Washington. Old fashion wig perhaps.
