Ok so I don't know if any of you took part in recording your thought and feeling over the last three days

So whether you took part consciously or not how has your last three days been
me personally i found myself reverting to some past issues i think I got overwhelmed with the negativity and had a lot of negative self talk for got my feelings of love and light and totally found myself pulled back this morning the 26th i feel back to my old happy self but it was a struggle the dramas the hate was strong keeping myself afloat was hard
i still have a long way to go it is so easy to lose the awaken and knowing the feeling
I would love to hear how others found the last three days blessing to all please share
