salt bath for protection

Hi,

I hear voices at night, bad spirits.
A friend suggested a salt bath for grounding.

Can you tell me anymore about it please?
How long do you bathe for? How much salt?

Is there anything you can do to rid yourself of bad spirits?

Sea salt, but you should also bless the water or say some words over it.

Recently I have been adding epson salts, light a candle and use essential oils for relaxation. Works well.
