Whats your opinion on going on haunted tours?

I'm going to Scotland to see family with my best friend. There are a lot of "ghost tours" in Edinburgh (the city we're going to), and he'd like to go and check them out.

What my question is, is what do you guys think of going on one of these tours? As far as safety, I'm quite sensitive to the spirit world and I'm not too sure what to expect. I would definitely be sure to protect myself before hand.

And as far as respect goes?

Good idea? Bad Idea?

Are these tours arranged by someone who is familiar with the paranormal and can guide people correctly? or is it a self tour

You can tread the unknown with proper and expert guidance.

If i were you i would decide based on what i want and i think i would do it. if you decide to take one come back and let us know your experiences.

if it doesn't feel right dont do it.
