Ultra macho, ferocious and feared ex- boxing heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson is not the sort of person you might expect to find getting a mention on SF, even more so the V&V section! In fact, he is probably the last person you'd expect.

Gotta admit it seems astonishing. Initially he did it to lose weight but has since become converted to the vegan diet it seems.

Now, if only we can get him to give up the brutal sport of boxing!....:disgust:

Mike doesn't box anymore. He retired in June 2005.

I heard an interview and it was hard to put the 'old Mike' out of my head. But if the 'new Mike' was complete, it really says something about the power of humans to transform themselves.
