How do I start the journey?

How can I break free from my old habits and start on my way to realizing my full spiritual potential? I discovered sacred geometry, meditation, and related subjects on spirituality around a year or so ago. Since then I've done my own research via YouTube video series like Spirit Science and read several books (including many religious texts). I've rounded out my basic understanding, but true learning comes through practice and I'm prepared to take the leap. I just don't really know how. The preconditioning of the "mainstream" life has me locked down. People tell me "Get a job and go to college or you won't amount to anything!" And that is probably true of the world we live in, but I'm not interested in that. I just want to live in a simple way. How do I start the journey?

Going to college will give you a broader view of life. Spirituality isn't about reaching a top level but is more like onions. Grow in experiences while peeling the layers, then you won't be hard and crusty when you're old.

We're always learning. Have fun with it, if you're spiritually fit then don't be afraid to expand and grow outside the box.
