Thanks Shang li, Iv just read "You and your crystalline body" on the starchildglobal site....it was exactly what i needed to read right now,I have being feeling very very spacey and im going into a trance a few times a day for the last few days and i was a bit unsure if i was doing the right thing....Im doing exactly what i should be doing,im slowing down physically to allow for my inner vibrations to rise......its great to get confirmation that im doing everything right:smile:
