Having some trouble

Hi everyone. I'm having some trouble getting out of my body to astral project. Usually one of my friends pulls me into the planes while they are projecting. I figured I need to learn to do it on my own. So does anyone have suggestions on how to get out of your body?

Ya I have some seriously strong friends. They are extremely accomplished in magick here and in the astral. But its so easy for them they dont know how to help me which is why I'm here asking for help.

its not easy for everyone, some people just have a natural gift. Id say you should learn as much as you can on this forum. there are many knowledgeable people to learn from. there are some tricks to help you AP. you just have to find whats best for you. it takes a lot of of practice. you can try imagining your self pulling yourself out hanging onto a rope. or just lay and meditate.

There's a lot to learn about astral projection, such as finding a method that works for you to consiously leave your body, how to handle any difficulties that might come up, how to make the most of all the possibilities and dimensions you might explore, and so on. I suggest you learn all you can, to develop your ap ability on your own.
