TV Programme

Hi

There was a programme on TV (in the UK) about 3 weeks ago called something like "The truth about food" or "The truth about what we eat". Unfortunately I was half asleep when it was on! Part of the programme was about the horrific practice of eye ablation on female prawns - that is the pinching out of one eye stalk to increase fertility. I am trying to find out if anything is being done to stop this mutilation but am unable to discover what the programme was called or which channel it was on. If you saw it and were more awake then me I'd be grateful if you would let me know! Thanks

ugh, that sounds awful...why do people have to be so unneccessarily cruel? Not that any cruelty is neccessary, but it's so...thoughtless and without any regard for the life form involved...I tend to avoid those types of programmes now, sorry I haven't come across it
