Bizarre dreams when tapping at night

I do EFT tapping right before I go to bed at night, and usually do 3 or 4 "rounds" of it. And just about every night since I've been doing this, I've had really bizarre dreams. Has anyone else noticed this? I usually remember bits and pieces of them. Normally, when not tapping, I don't remember dreams at all. My mom has been doing this, also, and has had weird dreams nightly as well.

I agree with you and I think I can explain.

When I use Emotional Freedom Technique or Temporal Tapping I sometimes get these bizarre dreams, I believe it is my subconscious mind bringing forth the real issue about why I've actually been tapping. So, say I tap on why I have low confidence and I have a dream about certain people who have bullied me in my past, I would easily relate the bullying to why I have low confidence.

So, I think its the minds way of eliminating it or bringing it forward. Perhaps try tapping on the dream if you can remember it?
