White, Sparkling, glittery lights next to my arm?

Just a few hours ago, I was sitting painting my nails on my bedroom floor, whilst doing so I caught sight of these sparkling, glittery diamond- like lights twinkling around my left arm.

What is this? I had my eyes open when I saw them, it was not inner vision. I have been doing some healing work recently, could it be related to this?

Sounds like chi! I think you saw your own aura... Or maybe someone was sending you good energy!

I thought it might be that! I just had to satisfy my curiosity though. So if I was seeing my own aura, are these sparkling lights a good thing to see?

Rather sounds like that to me, a blessing to open you further for healing.

Oh I see! It was very pretty to look at, I wish I could have seen the lights longer! It kind of looked like a white/silvery version of the sparklers which you get in cocktails on holidays!

Like I say I have been doing healing work so in presuming it is something related to that.
