need help with healing

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me. i suffered 6 an half years domestic abuse 2 years ago and im wanting to let it all go and get some inner peace. i have just left another relationship but wasnt that abusive. but im left with a whole and im doing my best and have been for months to fill it and hug the little girl inside. i was wondering if any one had any ideas of wot else could help me.
