What constitutes ESP? Is it knowing before hand what someone is going to say? If two people have the same thought at the same time or within minutes of each other is this ESP or telepathic communication? If I project a thought and that thought manifests (becomes reality in the physical world) is this also telepathy?

ESP is defined as "extra sensory perception". Influencing the quantum realms of reality is more about energy work.

I do not think you can put them both into the same category.

Two people have the same thought at the same time is telepathy. Projecting your thoughts into another's subconscious is like a post hypnotic suggestion. Some of us are very good at doing this. Have you looked into NLP.
