She was lit up like a christmas tree

Hi Guys, ivé been wanting to talk about this for awhile. About a year ago i had a reiki session simply because i wanted to experience reiki.

Iwent to the reiki masters place of business..we had some small talk..filled out some paper work, all very ordinary.......boy what a contrast the following hour was.

After about 10 minutes my body started to gently buzz from head to toe and i think the buzz continued all the way through... but more than that, it was the emotional feelings that were associated with it...i found it to be intensely personal, and dare i say it, divine.....and for most of the time that i was laying there, i was giving her silent thankyous for giving so much......the hour went by quickly,and all to soon it was over, and while i was still laying face down she said take your time to get up and when you're ready i will see you in the front office.

Now what really blew me away was how she looked, she looked 10 years younger and she was glowing, ivé never seen someone glow...what an experience:D :D

Now for a question..can someone explain this glowing..is it common in reiki and has anyone had a similar experience............Cheers:hug3: :hug3:

I've experienced something while taking each and everyone of my Reiki attainments and classes. I remember my eyelids pulsating and my body light like the beginning of a migraine but not quite a migraine.

The buzz is, I believe, is attributed to higher levels of energy. The healing process is like turning on a light bulb, so to speak. Or like water molecules jumping back and forth in a boiling pot (sorry, I'm bad at analogies sometimes :)).

The glow can sometimes be attributed to a large vibrant aura, I believe. I have known many dedicated healers who carry an air and charisma that stands out in a way that is difficult to explain. It may be that your sensing part of that.

Gregatha. I know others who have glowed after a major healing or other strong spiritual activity. In one case so strongly that the doctor asked if she had been exposed to radiation because both the doctor and the nurse could see it...

And I was told a couple of nights ago that my own energetic body's hands were glowing. I lack the talent to see energy so I don't know if it is still the case or if it was a result of the energy work I had just done.

Can you normally see spiritual energy glowing?

Hi WhiteWarrior, thanks for commenting mate.....no that was the only time i've seen someone glow.....however i have seen a ball of amber light floating around my house, it was about the size of a honey dew mellon...it only happend once, and was at a time when spiritual thoughts dominated my life,,about 20 years ago.......although i now feel the spiritual thoughts and such are makeing a big return. cheers :hug3:
