I've been thinking (I feel like I have heard this before...)
Perhaps at the inception of time there was just raw spiritual energy.(well there still is)
Then as civilizations formed, cultures progressed, and countries divided so did their concepts of this energy.
Some called it kundalini
others ying yang
others prayer
others meditation
others tai chi
Perhaps this was all the same energy, but evidently these cultures named it differently. They thought it was this or was that, they experienced slightly different things and had different takes on it but essentially it was all the same.
Is there some religion or philosophy or practice that believes this and attempts to become one or use this energy? I feel like i've heard this idea before...
