I hope this is the right place for this.

My roommate and I are both pretty spiritual. Lately she's been having a lot of bad luck. Specifically after an intense cord cutting ceremony. We're kind of worried her ex has cursed her, or at the very least isn't helping by sending A LOT of negative vibes her way. We're hoping you guys have some suggestions on how we can have a nice meditation/healing ceremony for her in order to send her positive vibes and renew her sense of being grounded.

there are psychic protection meditations out there. make sure your roomate surrounds herself as well as fills herself up with white light energy. nothing can penetrate that. :o)
