Could you help me explain please?

It's started in the past few months that when I'm trying to fall asleep and I'm feeling particularly lonely, that I feel a presence behind me, wraping it's curled around my body. I find that it's happening more and more frequently, but I'm not really sure if I'm projecting my feelings or if it's something more.
Would someone mind sharing their imput?

Hi thanks for sharing. First i would assume sleep paralysis but i do not know if you experience that while going to sleep. Also is the presence comforting,frightning, or a purly physical experience? Not sure what to make of the situation, but Obes,sleep paralysis, and aps, often can feel like something/one is present. I often feel this sensation on my neck similar to what you explained.
