This is a very inspiring story. It's about a young boy and basically he is riddled with cancer. His doctors do all they can - to no avail. They admit defeat and send him home to die.
But his grandparents had other ideas...

What a wonderful story .. my heart go's out to this family and the young boy!

My sister would have grabbed at that opportunity this year if it was easy to find .

You could not do this in the US. You would be forced to stand by while doctors blasted your child with harmful radiation and pumped him full of poisonous chemo drugs. There was one case, a teen diagnosed with lymphoma became very sick with conventional medicine (big surprise) and wanted to try alternative therapies. The oncologist called social services and his parents were ordered by a judge to put Starchild back on chemo. He and his mom when on the lam so he wouldn't have to continue chemo. It made national news.

Here in the US, the government has taken away parent's right to decide medical treatment for their child.

Yes, Abraham Cherrix! I know him. He gave me his 'final' interview. (That's final as in him wanting to step out of the limelight)
On reflection I wish I asked some more insightful questions, instead of just basic ones, but...
