I want to know. How many vegans are here? And if you are vegan, how you started to eat only vegan food? First you was vegetarian or maybe you have been vegan all this life?

I am vegetarian.

I turned vegetarian first and then became vegan a few months later myself.Its not as difficult as a lot of people think.

im a vegan was a veggie for about 16 years ,
i am also a healer and the healing guides that allow me to work with them asked me to be a vegan as it raises the vibrations of your body , and healer works on a higher vibration than mediums as the spirit needs to get a lot closer to you .
simple but hope you get the jist of it

I am a vegetarian about only one year now... :)

But... I think i can be vegan :) Maybe i try it in next few month :)
