Usually, when I have a lucid dream, I'll get scared and "exit" the lucid dream in fear of bad things happening. So I have a few questions: How can I get over this automatic fear and exit routing I'm doing, and is it possible to be harmed during a lucid dream? How can I get to astral travel through a lucid dream? How can I contact a Spirit Guide through a lucid dream? Any help is well appreciated, thank you all in advanced!

Why do you get scared? You can’t be harmed during a lucid dream, just scared. You can easily deal w/ any negative energies you encounter (http://www.spiritualforums.com/vb/showthread.php?p=156097&posted=1#post156097).

You can easily contact your guides anytime. Lucid dreaming isn’t required.

We can move past fear (http://www.spiritualforums.com/vb/showthread.php?p=156009#post156009).

Facing your fears in the dream state is highly beneficial for growth. What may appear at first to be a monster is in fact yourself. It is you who are chasing yourself, you who are the monster. Turn and face this being and ask them to show themselves, and ask what they want - it is likely they will meld into your dream body and you will have become healed from the fear, due to loving.
