Deja Vu does it mean anything?

Should we pay attention when we experience Deja Vu? Does it mean something of importance?

Actually my guides tell me that Deja vu is a memory that we happen to realize to show us we are on the right track.

They explained to me that before our birth, we "review" our lives, in different bodies and different lessons. We see these in 3D/4D as if we are actually living them. We look through a few parents, lovers, situations, etc.

Then we fly in :) Now when we get deja vu, we are actually remembering a "scene" from that review. That tells us that we are right where we need to be at that time to be set up for the lessons we chose :)

Thank you for your serious answer. I have read that is what it is also but have also heard it could mean that something from the past will repeat, happen again. Thank you I had it last night and was glad because I was hoping it meant I was on the right track. Thank you so much.
