Step1 gratitude: Gratitude will shift your thought process. It will shift your perspective.
Step 2 affirmations: "I am" statements such as I am joy. I am love. I am beauty. I am peace. Avoid using the word " I want.". When you do that the Universe responds by bringing you more 'wanting'. When you say, "I am" you are declaring who you are. Very powerful.
Step 3 thought replacement: Every time you get a negative thought, replace it with at least one positive thought. Give emotion towards thought. Emotion towards thought is the 'fuel' for manifestation.
Step 4 repetition: repetition is key.
Always remember: what you resist persists. All negativity is caused by resistance towards 'what is'
