Can't get into profile...icon

Anyone help me get into my profile, add an icon?....Says I'm not authorized.

Hi Greybeard ...... well you have made enough posts, but you have to have been a member for more than 14 days before you can access profile stuff such as Avatars etc ...... probably just that mate .......

I would give it a few more days ......... probably start working very soon.
